When you make a booking through our website, the details you submit are stored within our booking system so that we can administer your appointment and contact you regarding your vehicle.
Access to customer booking information is restricted and protected by account security measures including 2-stage login authentication.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information held within our booking and website systems from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, we take reasonable precautions appropriate to the nature of the information we hold.
7. Payments
Where payment is made through a third-party payment provider, your payment may be processed directly by that provider.
Durrants Ltd does not normally need to receive or store your complete debit or credit card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment service.
Payment providers operate under their own privacy policies and security arrangements.
8. Spread The Cost / Finance Applications
If you choose to use a spread-the-cost, finance or deferred payment facility, additional information may be required by the relevant payment or finance provider.
Information necessary to process an application may be shared with that provider where you have asked us to arrange or facilitate the service.

Where we send electronic marketing which requires your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Operational messages relating to an existing booking, quotation, invoice, vehicle or service are not marketing communications.
