What is included
- Collection and return within the selected postcode area
- Up to 5 litres of suitable standard engine oil
- Replacement oil filter
- Replacement engine air filter
- Oil disposal
- Routine service inspection and road test
- Visual checks of tyres, brakes, fluids, lights, suspension and obvious leaks
- Basic service-light reset where supported and service book stamp if available
Manufacturer service schedule
We offer one straightforward fixed-price service rather than separate interim, full and major service levels.
When the vehicle is with us, we will check its available service history and manufacturer service schedule. If any additional scheduled items are due, we will contact you with a price before carrying out the work.
Additional scheduled items may include spark plugs, fuel filters, cabin or pollen filters, brake fluid, coolant or gearbox oil.
Not included as standard
- Cabin or pollen filters
- Fuel filters or spark plugs
- Brake fluid, coolant or gearbox oil changes
- Diagnostic investigation or electrical fault tracing
- Repairs identified during the service
Specialist oil and unusual service parts
The fixed price includes up to 5 litres of standard manufacturer-suitable engine oil and standard service filters.
Additional charges may apply where a vehicle requires specialist or manufacturer-approved oil, more than 5 litres of oil, unusually expensive filters, significantly difficult access, or where seized or damaged components are found.
Any additional cost will be explained and agreed before parts are ordered or extra work is carried out.
All prices include VAT and apply to standard passenger vehicles. Commercial, performance, imported, hybrid or unusually configured vehicles may require an individual quotation. Final prices remain subject to confirmation after checking the vehicle’s oil specification, oil capacity and required service parts.
